Return & Exchange Policy
Announcement: Happy Lunar New Year! Our online & retail shop will be closed from 9 to 14 Feb 2024. Use “CNY5OFF” now till 15 Feb to get 5% off (min. order of $20). All orders will be processed after 15 Feb.
The terms for exchange:
○ Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase or ship date, we unfortunately can’t offer you any exchange.
○ We only accept exchanges if the item is defective due to manufacturer's error.
○ All items must be in the original packaging, brand new, unused, unwashed, and in original condition that you received it.
Non-exchangeable items:
○ In the interest of hygiene for our customers, we have a strict no-returns or exchange policy on any body jewellery and all apparels.
○ We do not accept exchanges of sale items, items that have been opened from its original packaging, not in its original condition, and/or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer's error.
To initiate your exchange:
Please drop us an email at shop@mizuma.sg with description of the defective item, pictures, and a receipt or proof of purchase, and we will review your case. Items may be exchanged for either the same item or store credit.
Shipping:
○ Upon receiving confirmation from us that your defective item is eligible for exchange, you may ship or drop off your product to our store at 22 Lock Road #01-34, Singapore 108939, Singapore.
○ Singapore customers are eligible for free in-store exchange.
○ For overseas customers, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchanged item, for which we will email to you an invoice from shop@mizuma.sg. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
○ If you are shipping an item back to us for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot process the exchange if the returned item is lost in transit.
Refunds:
In any instance, if we are to issue you a refund, you will receive an e-mail directly from shop@mizuma.sg confirming this.
