Refund & Exchange Policy

 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS, ONLY EXCHANGES ON CERTAIN ITEMS.


Here are the terms for exchange:
○ Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase or ship date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
○ We only accept exchanges if the item is defective.
○ All items must be in the original packaging, brand new, unused, unwashed, and in original condition that you received it.

*In the interest of hygiene for our customers, we have a strict no-returns or exchange policy on any body jewellery and all apparels. Should the item be defective, drop us an e-mail at shop@mizuma.sg and we will review your case.

Additional non-exchangeable items:

○ Items that have been opened from its original packaging, not in its original condition, or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
○ Sale items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are looking to exchange your purchased item, send us an email at shop@mizuma.sg to let us know and to check that we have the correct item in stock for the exchange, or what you would like to exchange it for. Items may be exchanged for either the same item, other items of equivalent value, or store credit.

Shipping
To return your product, you may mail or drop off your product to our store at 22 Lock Road #01-34, Singapore 108939, Singapore.

Singapore customers are eligible for free exchange.
For overseas customers, you will be responsible for shipping cost for the exchange, for which we will email to you an invoice from shop@mizuma.sg. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
If we are to issue you a refund on an order, you should receive an e-mail directly from shop@mizuma.sg confirming this.

Not seeing your refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@mizuma.sg and we will look into it for you!
